Pickle Problems Solved!
I Did it! My first ever canning experience by myself! Woot Woot! And it was easy! I made 16 jars (some of my 20 pounds of pickles were icky). Aaaannnnddd..... ALL OF THEM SEALED! EVERY SINGLE ONE!

yeah, for canning, your brother is harrassing me right now because he wants me to do some canning as well. I will do tomatoes this year probably in the next couple of weeks on a 4 day set off. Congrats on your pickles. good job.
when is tomato season?? I want to do some too! But it will have to wait until Joel and I are in our new place.
